Food related license fee schedule

1.

Manufacturing License of manufacturer who solely employs 7 but not more than 20 employees or utilising production equipments of not more than 5 horepowers in total.

 each license fee of
3,000 Baht.
2.

Manufacturing License of manufacturer who solely employs 20 employees and up or utilising production equipments of not more than 5 horepowers in total.

each license fee of
5,000 Baht.
3.

Manufacturing License of manufacturer who utilises production equipments of
5 horepowers in total or equivalent to 5 but not more than 10 horespower in total.

 each license fee of
6,000 Baht.
4.

Manufacturing License of manufacturer who utilises production equipments of
10 horepowers in total or equivalent to 10 but not more than 25 horespowers in total.

 each license fee of
7,000 Baht.
5.

Manufacturing License of manufacturer who utilises production equipments of
25 horepowers and up in total or equivalent to 25 but not more than 50 horespowers in total.

 each license fee of
8,000 Baht.
6.

Manufacturing License of manufacturer who utilises production equipments of
50 horepowers and up in total or equivalent to 50 horespowers and up in total.

 each license fee of
10,000 Baht.
7. Import Food into the Kingdom License. each license fee of
15,000 Baht.
8. Temporary Manufacturing License. each license fee of
2,000 Baht.
9. Temporary Import Food into the Kingdom License. each license fee of
2,000 Baht.
10. Food Registration. each license fee of
5,000 Baht.
11. License Replacement. each license fee of
500 Baht.
12. Food Registration Replacement. each license fee of
500 Baht.
13. License Renewal Fee is equivalent to each license fee schedule.  

 

Notes:
         1.  No other expenses to be charged other than the stipulated fee schedule.
        2.  Official receipt of each payment will be issued.
