Application filing place

  • In case where head office of importation / manufacturing premise is located in Bangkok Metropolitan area, application form shall be filed to Food Control Division, Food and Drug Administration. Except the application form of Temporary Import Food into the Kingdom License.
  • In case where head office of importation / manufacturing premise is located in provincial area, application form can also be filed to that particular provincial public health offices. Except the application form of Temporary Import Food into the Kingdom License. And, if, such foods are empowered to the provinces to control, the provinces are the authorities to approve the application.
  • The application form of Temporary Import Food into the Kingdom License shall be filed to Import-Export Inspection Division, Food and Drug Adminsitration.
